A 40 cm fabric drum
Looking for a pendant light that goes with everything? This drum-shaped shade, 40 cm in diameter, is stretched with a beige fabric with a visible texture. Hung on a black cable, it reaches a total height of 137 cm.
Its classic shape suits a Scandinavian living room as easily as a more traditional dining room. Above a round table, it centres it; in a bedroom, it replaces a bare ceiling light with a softer glow. The black cable makes the beige stand out.
Filtered light, without glare
The shade takes an E27 bulb, not included, up to 15 W LED. The fabric lets some light filter through the sides, creating a warm glow, while the opening underneath lights the table.
The bulb is not visible from the side: the light stays comfortable, even when seated. A warm white bulb heightens the fabric's tone for a cosy mood, a neutral white suits a kitchen better. Above a table, place the bottom of the shade around 70 cm above the tabletop for comfortable lighting.
Fabric, metal and a 5-year warranty
The shade is in beige fabric, the frame and fixing in metal, with some ABS parts. The pendant light is made in Poland, weighs 0.7 kg and comes with a 5-year warranty.
It fixes to the ceiling via a ceiling rose and connects to 230 V, 50 Hz. Its IP20 rating limits it to dry rooms. It is dispatched from our warehouse in Poland, with free tracked delivery from £65. The fabric dusts off with a soft brush.
