Your company name, your billing address, your company registration number and — this one is required — your intra-Community VAT number. The VAT number is checked live against VIES, the European Commission register: when it comes back confirmed your account is activated straight away, otherwise our team reviews the application by hand.

Yes. Volume brackets lower the unit price automatically as the quantity rises, with no request to make. Past the last bracket we prepare a custom quote and coordinate a single delivery to your site rather than a series of part shipments.
Yes. From your professional area, the custom quote request lets you build a list of products and quantities. Our team prices it, you are notified as soon as it is ready, and accepting the quote turns it into an ordinary order — same payment methods, same invoice, same order tracking.
